               Benefiting Billerica Memorial High School Alumni Association

 To whom it may concern,

 On Monday, June 11, 2007 we will be hosting our 1st annual Bob Brown Invitational at the Country Club of Billerica to benefit the BMHS Alumni Association. With the funds raised, scholarships will be awarded to deserving Billerica Memorial High School graduates.

My husband, Bob Brown, and I were raised in Billerica and were always very involved in our schools and our community. Through this tournament my family is looking forward with great excitement to giving back to members of the town who served us so well.

The participation of corporate sponsors and the success of our raffles and silent auction will be key determining factors to the overall success of the event. Without the generosity of companies and organizations such as yours, the magnitude and number of scholarships awarded will be minimal.  It is our hope that you would like to be a part of this worthwhile cause by sponsoring the tournament and/or donating one or more items to be raffled or auctioned off during our banquet.
